4. What You Must Not Do
- Submit confidential third-party tender data without authorisation
- Present AI-generated bid analysis as auditor-certified or legally binding advice
- Rely solely on AI-generated win scores without independent professional review
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the platform
- Resell or redistribute bid analysis outputs as a competing product
