Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.

Request correction of inaccurate data we hold about you.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for us to continue processing it.
Right to Restriction
Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
Right to Data Portability
Request a machine-readable copy of data you provided to us.
Right to Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making
We do not make legally significant decisions about you using automated means.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Email privacy@bidquantum.co.uk with the subject line "Data Rights Request". We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for exercising your rights.
