To deliver bid analysis services you have requested (legal basis: contract), to communicate with you about your account and orders (legal basis: contract), to improve our services (legal basis: legitimate interests), to send marketing communications if you have consented (legal basis: consent - you may withdraw at any time).
4. Documents You Submit for Analysis
We act as a data processor for personal data contained within tender documents you submit. These documents are stored securely during the analysis period and permanently deleted within 48 hours of delivering your completed report. We will confirm deletion in writing upon request. We do not use submitted documents for any purpose other than delivering your analysis, including for training or improving AI systems.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
Contact and account data: for the duration of our relationship plus 12 months. Submitted tender documents: permanently deleted within 48 hours of service delivery. Website analytics data: maximum 26 months. Payment records: 7 years (legal requirement for accounting purposes).
